What is Dropshipping?
Dropshipping is a process of selling
Products without having to actually stock any. You sell the merchandise at a
price you determine. After the customer pays you for the item, you pay us the
trade-price and send us your customers name and address. We ship the product out
to your customer, and the difference between your price and our trade-price is
your profit, all to keep!
How Does Dropshipping Actually Work?
Let's say you intend to sell a DVD from our
site that costs £2.00. You would sell that DVD for a price you would determine,
let's use £10.00 plus £2.00 shipping for an example. After you collect the
payment of £12.00 from the customer and their mailing address, you would forward
the £2.00 plus Delivery costs to us, and keep the £8.50 as profit, never having
to touch the Product, as we (the DropShipper) sends it out to the
customer.
This type of arrangement is extremely
beneficial to both yourself, and us.
You, as the seller, have a way to earn some
spare money, having no start-up costs, no overheads, no packaging costs or
headaches.
What Are The Benefits of
Dropshipping?
There are many benefits to dropshipping.
First of all, you do not have any packaging materials to worry about, as we (the
DropShipper) takes care of all packaging, Postage etc. We only charge
a minimal membership fee for this service, as it is you that is getting us the
business, so both you and us make a little money.
Another hassle taken out of the equation is
taking the time to package up all the merchandise. Imagine 100 customers
ordering 100 CD's from you. If you had to package them and then take them to the
Post Office to ship out, how much of a hassle would that be? With dropshipping,
you do not have to worry about it. We do it all..
The biggest benefit of dropshipping is not
having to maintain a warehouse full of inventory, as that is looked after by us.

Do you also sell your products on ebay or other
auction-sites yourself?
We
only sell our products through our members at our trade prices, Guaranteed! We
never list any of our items on ebay at discount prices.

Is There Any Additional Charges To Have My Orders
Dropshipped?
There is a small fee for your subscription, after that All you pay is the listed price plus a minimal
delivery charge of £2.50(UK), no more, no catches!
Do You Put Your Company Name On The Package When It
Is Sent?
We do not give any reference as to our name
at all when we ship out orders. Your customers will never see our name or
address on the orders. Your customers will also never see the prices you paid
for the Product anywhere on the order. We do this for two simple
reasons.
1) There is absolutely no reason for anyone
to know your mark-up, or our prices.
2) In doing this, we help to ensure your
customers will continue to be your customers, and not switch over to some
other supplier.
What Method Of Payments Will You
Accept?
To make matters simple for the majority of
our customers we use PAYPAL or NOCHEX if you do not already have an account with PAYPAL we
recommend that you get one straight away as this is the preferred method of
auction payments, besides to join our dropshipping scheme you need
Paypal.
Do I have to manually add all of these items to my
Turbo Lister?
yES. The members area contains a link to our comprehensive database
database which allows you to view and copy all the information into your Turbo-Lister and/or other website, so with just a few
clicks of the mouse you can start listing on ebay. Each listing has has images,
a product description, in the correct category and stated NEW &
SEALED! If you order a DVD-Webshop then our complete range is already installed ready for you to sell.
Do You Require A Minimum Order?
Not at all. We want to make this opportunity
available for everyone, regardless of order size. If you want to place a large
order for resale, or just want to place a single product order for a customer,
both are perfectly fine with us!
Who's to blame if I list something on ebay
incorrectly?
You are, Every item you list on ebay is your
responsibilty. Ebay can be very single-minded at times and if they don't like
something, they'll end your auction early...
What happens if my customer receives a faulty
item?
We will send out an un-boxed replacement
direct to your customer under plain-wrap. Your customer MAY have to return the faulty Item on some occasions
What happens if my customer wants a
refund?
This is upto you, Your the seller, If
you want to refund your customer then do so... The customer should return the
item to you, for you to resell.
Do I have To have a Business Name Or License To
Order From You?
No, you do not need a business name or
licence to buy from us. We sell to individuals, businesses, distributors,
organizations, and other wholesalers.
Will You Accept International
Orders?
We sure do... If you can pay with Paypal,
then we can take the order and ship the goods to your customers, anywhere in the
world. Please remember however that MOST DVD'S ARE REGION 0 so should work
anywhere around the world, like UK, USA, Canada and Australia
etc.
I Plan on Reselling Your Products, Will You Always
Have Stock On Them?
We do our best to always have stock
of every item in DropShip database. We feel it is very important to make sure
you and your customers have access to these products at all times. Very rarely
will we discontinue an item, and never will we sell a close-out item without it
being stated in a clear area. We feel it is very important for both our business
and your business to maintain a steady supply of all our advertised
products.

Q. How do I accept payments on a dvd-webshop?
A. The site can accept payments via
payment providers such as PayPal, Google, Moneybookers, Nochex, etc or by direct
debit/credit cards (using an existing merchant account where applicable), plus
cheques and postal orders. Even cash on delivery is an included
option!
Q. Can I also add my own
products to my dvd-webshop?
A. If you choose to update and maintane the site yourself then
you can add whatever range of products you choose.... Music, DVD's, Homeware etc
etc
Q. Are my customer's payment details
kept secure?
A. Yes, all payments on the website are handled by secure
payment providers such as PayPal. No card details are ever recorded on the site.

Q. Does the site
come with a designed logo?
A. We include a professionally designed logo
with your site if you wish to have one.
Q. Can I add my own
advertising banners?
A. Yes, there is an easy to use banner manager,
which allows you to add affiliate banners in various sections of the
site.
Q. What kind of support do you offer?
A. We provide 3rd
Party ongoing email and/or telephone support for the life of your
hosting/membership.
Q. How long will it take for my site to be active?
A.
As soon as we receive your order, You fill in our simple online-registaration
form with your specific requirements then the site normally takes anything from
24-72 hours before being fully accessible and functional. You will be emailed
